Dangerous heat will continue today with highs in the mid 90s and heat indices of 108-112F this afternoon. North winds and poor dispersions will start the day until late this morning when the seabreeze develops and winds become southwesterly and dispersions improve. After noon, isolated to widely scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected near the coast then slowly move inland through late afternoon.
