.DISCUSSION...Southeast breezes at the burn site early this
morning will abruptly shift southerly late this morning, due to a
seabreeze influence on the wind direction. The wind shift should
also coincide with the peak rain chances for the day, which will
come during the late morning and early afternoon. Late afternoon
will feature a decrease in rain chances, as the seabreeze and
attendant thunderstorm activity exits well inland of the burn.
