.DISCUSSION...

Light and variable winds this morning will become westerly around
5 mph this afternoon. Dispersions will be fair given the generally
light westerly transport winds around 5-10 mph and mixing heights
around 3,500 feet. Minimum RH values will bottom out in the low
30s this afternoon. Winds become light and variable after sunset.
Fog is not expected at or near the fire tonight.

For Thursday, winds become more northwesterly but still rather
light at 5 mph or less. Fair dispersions continue thanks to these
light winds and mixing heights around 4,000-4,500 feet. Minimum RH
values will be a bit higher, only dropping into the low to mid
40s.
