Low dispersions are forecast until 10AM EDT as winds pick up out of the SE late this morning, then become more southerly with the afternoon seabreeze. The latter will keep min RH healthily above critical thresholds (near 50%) despite dry weather. Similar conditions are expected tomorrow, though patchy fog is likely to spread towards the burn site during the morning hrs until about 9AM EDT. Dispersions also appear to take slightly longer to rise above 20 - around noon EDT. It will be very warm to hot as forecast highs break the mid 80s on Friday, and upper 80s on Saturday. .REST OF TODAY...
