The drier air mass will delay thunderstorm development until nearly sunset. Even if thunderstorms do not materialize, the seabreeze will finally arrive at the burn site just in time for sunset. Whether from storms or the seabreeze, early evening will feature the most variability in wind speed and direction. Fog is not expected tonight and Wednesday morning due to the drier air mass. On Wednesday, the big heat wave high to our north will start to break down. An abrupt increase in thunderstorm coverage is expected Wednesday afternoon, with severe thunderstorm wind gusts possible.
