.DISCUSSION...

Fair dispersions are forecast today. Transport and surface winds
will generally be out of the east early this morning before turning
more southeasterly as the sea breeze pushes inland this afternoon.
MinRH will generally drop to between 35 to 45 percent ahead of the
sea breeze before quickly rebounding in the wake of it. Rain chances
are around 10 percent this afternoon. While fog is not explicitly in
the forecast, we`ll monitor the potential of it forming near the
burn site later tonight into early Friday morning, but confidence
and chances are low in it occurring at this time.
