.DISCUSSION...
Showers and storms near the site this morning should dissipate
over the next couple of hours. Dispersions today will be poor to
fair by the late afternoon hours due to lower mixing heights of
the marine layer and lighter transport winds. Isolated
showers/thunderstorms will be the main concern today due to
erratic gusty winds and lightning if thunderstorms develop
over/around the burn site. A seabreeze is likely to develop and
move across the site late this morning or early afternoon, after
which thunderstorms should remain further inland but could still
pose a lightning risk and gusty wind risk from outflows.
Conditions tomorrow may start with light patchy fog around
daybreak that will quickly dissipate following sunrise. Transport
winds will be generally easterly at 5-10 mph with poor afternoon
dispersions. Mixing heights will max out around 3500ft for Friday.
Minimal chances for showers/thunderstorms.
