...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Georgia, including the following
  counties, Quitman, Randolph and Terrell.

* WHEN...Until 745 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 545 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Cuthbert, Georgetown, Shellman, White House, Peterson Hill,
    Coles, Wades, Springvale, Springvale Station, Randolph Co
    A/p, Pachitla, Shivers Mill, Goffs Mill, Morris, Fountain
    Bridge, Martins Crossroads, Crossroads, Hatcher, Aycock Mill
    and Wire Bridge.
