...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1030 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Georgia, including the
  following counties, Colquitt and Cook.

* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 831 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Moultrie, Norman Park, Riverside, Schley, Funston, Ellenton,
    Pineboro, Spence Airport, South Moultrie, Cool Spring, Reed
    Bingham State Park, Center Hill, Flat Ford and Bay.
