The Flood Advisory is cancelled for portions of south central and
southwest Georgia, including the following areas, in south central
Georgia, Colquitt, Cook, Tift and Worth. In southwest Georgia,
Mitchell.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 200 AM EDT for portions of
south central and southwest Georgia...

...FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1115 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Georgia, including the
  following county, Berrien.

* WHEN...Until 1115 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1043 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Nashville, Enigma, Alapaha, Glory, Berrien Co A/P, Weber,
    Gladys, Cottle and Bannockburn.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
