* IMPACTS...At 135.0 feet, Minor flooding begins. Langdale Park
  floods.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 AM EST Friday the stage was 135.5 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:30 AM EST Friday was 135.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 135.7
    feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late
    tomorrow evening.
  - Flood stage is 135.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
