* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Big Bend Florida, including the following
  counties, Gadsden, Leon and Liberty and Georgia, including the
  following counties, Baker, Colquitt, Decatur, Grady, Mitchell,
  Thomas and Worth.

* WHEN...Until 1230 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1036 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Tallahassee, Newton, Cairo, Bainbridge, Havana, Pelham,
    Quincy, Camilla, Midway, Doerun, Whigham, Greensboro, Gretna,
    Attapulgus, Sale City, Climax, Nickleville, Reno, Peoples
