...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Big Bend Florida, including the following
  county, Leon.

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1105 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Tallahassee, Woodville, Florida A and M, Florida State
    University, Tallahassee State College, Doak Campbell Stadium,
    Gene Cox Stadium, North Florida Fairgrounds, Jack McLean
    Park, Apalachee Ridge Estates, South City, Walker Ford
    Community Center, Gaither Community Center, Indian Head
    Acres, Springsax Park, Bragg Stadium, Cascades Park, All
    Saints District, State Capital Complex and Leon County Civic
    Center.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
