...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 6 PM EST THIS EVENING...

The Flood Watch will expire for portions of south central and
southwest Georgia, including the following areas, in south central
Georgia, Ben Hill, Berrien, Colquitt, Cook, Irwin, Tift, Turner and
Worth. In southwest Georgia, Grady.

The flooding and heavy rain threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood
Watch will expire at 6 PM EST this evening.

...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Big Bend Florida, including the following
  areas, Inland Jefferson and Madison and south central Georgia,
  including the following areas, Brooks, Lanier, Lowndes and Thomas.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks
  and streams may be running high and could flood with more heavy
  rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Pockets of heavy rain will remain possible this evening. It
    won`t take much more rain to cause additional flooding where
    heavy rain fell last night.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
