Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves...along with the occasional height of the average highest 1/10 of the waves. East to northeast winds will continue through the weekend and into next week. Cautionary conditions are expected the rest of tonight and will linger through the weekend. Advisory-level winds are forecast to begin Sunday night and linger into the first half of next week. A cold front will sink into the northern Gulf early next week while an area of low pressure develops over the southern Gulf, creating a tightening pressure gradient. This area of low pressure now has a high 70% chance of developing into a tropical or subtropical depression by early next week. Seas will also build to 3 to 6 feet over the next several days.
