.SYNOPSIS...

Fresh Northeast breezes will subside this morning, although
seas remain elevated through much of the day, with tranquil
boating conditions by tonight. Southwest winds increase in
advance of a cold front Wednesday, and remain elevated into
Thursday morning, in the 15 to 20 kt range. There is a low
(30%) chance a Small Craft Advisory may be needed. Tranquil
boating conditions return Thursday night through Saturday.
