Total snow accumulations of 4 to 10 inches with 1 to 2 feet at the highest peaks. South to southwest winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...West Slope Northern Sierra Nevada and Western Plumas County/Lassen Park above 6000 feet. * WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 4 PM PST Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.
