...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR CENTRAL YUBA AND WEST CENTRAL NEVADA
COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 315 PM PDT...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However small
hail, funnel clouds, and gusty winds are still possible with this
thunderstorm, and a Special Weather Statement remains in effect
through 400 PM PDT.
