* At 319 PM PDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Rancho
  Tehama Reserve, or 13 miles northwest of Corning, moving east at 5
  mph toawrd Interstate 5.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Henleyville, Corning, and Rancho Tehama Reserve.
