...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN ALPINE AND
NORTHEASTERN EL DORADO COUNTIES THROUGH 300 PM PDT...

At 226 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Twin Bridges, or 8 miles north of Kirkwood, moving north at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Twin Bridges and Sierra At Tahoe.
