PST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Southerly winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 to 50 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Carquinez Strait and Delta, Sacramento Valley, Northeast
  Foothills and Northern San Joaquin Valley.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 1 PM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds expected Thursday morning.
