            Corrects previous landslide report from 5
            NNE Belden. California Highway Patrol
            reported a mud/dirt/rock slide along Highway
            70 around 3 am PST on 11/23. Highway 70
            remains closed from Grand View Station
            (Butte County) to Greenville Wye (Plumas
            County), with no estimated time of reopening
            as of 9 am PST 11/23. California Highway
            Patrol reports multiple slides within the
            Feather River Canyon along State Route 70.
            Cleanup is ongoing, but the hillside remains
            unstable, prolonging the highway closure
            time for at least another week as of ~1 pm
            PST 11/24.
