.DISCUSSION...
Mostly sunny skies with very dry conditions in the forecast for the
Twain Incident today. Light terrain driven winds in the early morning,
then a shift to south southwest winds with sustained speeds up to
around 12 mph and gusts up to 25 mph possible. Humidity values are
forecast to be in the low teens, and may reach single digits by the
late afternoon. Slight increase in humidity values on Sunday with
weaker winds. No precipitation is in the forecast for the next 7
days in or near the vicinity of the Twain Fire.
