.DISCUSSION...
Dry conditions and above normal temperatures are forecast for the
Readiness Exercise on Wednesday and Thursday. High temperatures
are forecast to reach the upper 80s to low 90s by mid to late
afternoon. Temperatures are expected to stay below 90 degrees
during the 0800-1200 hr window both days. There is a less than 5%
chance of reaching 90 degrees in the morning through noon, but
chances increase to 60-70% after 1400 hours both days. Temperatures
will trend 2-3 degrees warmer on Thursday compared to Wednesday.
Light winds are forecast during the morning hours, with west to
northwest flow in the afternoon with gusts to 15 mph both days.
