.DISCUSSION...
Partly cloudy skies on Thursday with continued cooler than normal
high temperatures and southwest wind gusts 25 to 35 mph.
Surrounding ridge gusts are forecast out of the southwest at 35 to
40 mph. A weather system will bring scattered showers and a 10%
chance for isolated thunderstorms through Friday; however the
highest thunderstorm potential remains north of the burn site.
Total forecast rain amounts are around 0.40-0.60". Dry weather and
weaker winds returns Friday evening through Saturday alongside
warmer temperatures.
There is potential for another round of active weather early next
week, bringing rain and isolated thunderstorm threats to the burn
area, but uncertainty remains on exact impacts.
