Hot and dry conditions continue, with daytime humidity values in
the single digits in the northern Sacramento Valley and foothills.
Upper teens and low 20s expected elsewhere in the Valley. Isolated
thunderstorm chances this afternoon mainly south of HWY-50 in the
mountains, with increasing chances this weekend and into next week
for the majority of the Sierra and Southern Cascades.
