.DISCUSSION...
Near to below normal temperatures continue across the region
through the weekend with periodically breezy onshore flow and
higher relative humidity. There is a 15-35% chance of showers or
thunderstorms over the Coast Range, southern Cascades, Shasta
County mountains and the northern Sacramento Valley on Saturday
and Sunday, including overnight on Saturday. Thunderstorms will
mostly be wet but fire starts are possible outside of the main
precipitation cores. A gradual warming and drying trend is
favored for next week.
