.DISCUSSION...
Scattered shower and thunderstorm activity will be focused along
the Sierra and foothills through this evening, with highest
chances (30-40%) located I-80 southward. Warmer temperatures with
decreasing humidity expected beginning Friday and continuing into
early next week. Afternoon values in the Valley will be in the
mid- teens to low 20s. These conditions will also be accompanied
by periodically breezy northerly winds through the Valley and
breezy downslope/easterly winds along the Sierra into the
foothills.
