Increasing chances for isolated to scattered mountain
thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening this weekend into early
next week, with a slight chance for nocturnal thunderstorms south
of Interstate 80 through Sunday morning. Primarily wet and quick
moving thunderstorms expected, although lightning outside of main
precipitation cores may provide additional impacts. Hot and dry
weather elsewhere transitions to a gradual cooling and moistening
trend into next week.
