Potential for isolated to scattered mountain showers and
thunderstorms this week, with the highest chances today and
Wednesday over the Sierra. Increased chances for nocturnal
convection Tuesday night through Wednesday evening over the
northeastern Sierra and southern Cascades. Thunderstorms will be
mostly wet, but isolated dry lightning and gusty outflows will
result in elevated fire weather conditions. Temperatures trend
warmer early this week with lower humidities and breezy onshore
winds.
