MORNING DUE TO GUSTY WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR PORTIONS OF
SACRAMENTO VALLEY AND NORTHERN FOOTHILLS...
Cooling and onshore flow return today, with gusty south to west
winds expected on Saturday morning and afternoon. Gusty north to
east winds and dry conditions return Saturday evening and continue
into early next week. Due to these gusty winds and low
humidities, a Fire Weather Watch is in place from 11am PDT
