system arrives early Thursday morning bringing breezy southerly
winds, moderate to heavy rain and periodically heavy mountain snow
through Friday. Snow levels will be above 4000 feet in the Sierra
and 2000 to 3000 in Shasta County/Coastal Range. 10 to 20% chance
