Warming and drying trend continues this weekend and into early
next week. Terrain driven winds overnight expected to give way to
more onshore influenced winds during the daytime hours, remaining
periodically breezy. Poor overnight recoveries anticipated through
the weekend over higher terrain. Low chance (5-10%) chance of
isolated afternoon and evening thunderstorms over the Shasta
County mountains Sunday and Monday. Temperatures trend cooler by
mid to late next week.
