...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 AM PST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is occurring.

* WHERE...A portion of northern California, including the following
  county, Shasta.

* WHEN...Until 215 AM PST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 214 PM PST, local law enforcement reported flooding
    leading to some road closures in the warned area. Up to 2
    inches of rain have fallen in the last 24 hours.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Redding, Palo Cedro, Shingletown, Shasta Lake, Anderson,
    Millville, Olinda, Centerville, Inwood, Igo, Whitmore and
    Cottonwood.
