Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Rises along small streams and mainstem rivers. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1148 AM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges have indicated heavy rain. Emergency management and county highways have reported various road closures in the advisory area. Between 2 and 7 inches of rain have fallen in the last 36 hours, and more rainfall is forecast. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
