Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. There is the potential for mud and rock slides in the foothills and mountains. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Periods of moderate to heavy rainfall are expected through this evening with additional totals 1 to 3 inches in the Valley, 2 to 5 inches in the foothills and mountains below 5500 feet.
