...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for a portion of northern California,
including the following areas, Carquinez Strait and Delta, Central
Sacramento Valley, Motherlode, Mountains Southwestern Shasta County
to Western Colusa County, Northeast Foothills/Sacramento Valley,
Northern Sacramento Valley, Northern San Joaquin Valley, Shasta Lake
Area / Northern Shasta County, Southern Sacramento Valley, West
Slope Northern Sierra Nevada and Western Plumas County/Lassen Park.

Widespread heavy rain has ended and no additional areal flooding
reports have been reported. While flooding is no longer expected to
pose an immediate threat, please continue to exercise caution while
traveling and heed remaining road closures as localized areas of
flooding remain possible throughout the morning. Additional rainfall
will return to the area on Thursday.
