SUBJECT:  Fisheries Message

Please broadcast the message below at approximately 30-minute
intervals from Thursday, October 17, 2024, through Saturday,
October 19, 2024.

The National Marine Fisheries Service announces its determination
that catastrophic conditions exist as a result of Hurricane MILTON
for the Florida Gulf coast counties of Citrus, Hernando, Pasco,
Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota, and Charlotte and for the
Florida Atlantic coast counties of  Brevard, Indian River, and Saint
Lucie. Therefore, within the affected areas, NMFS authorizes any
Federal dealer or Federal for hire electronic reporting program
participant who does not have access to electronic reporting to
delay reporting and any IFQ dealer in the affected area to use paper-
based forms, if necessary. This authorization will remain in effect
through November 15, 2024. Questions should be directed to the
