Please broadcast the message at approximately 60-minute intervals
for 3 days starting on Thursday, August 6, through Saturday, August
8, 2026.

The National Marine Fisheries Service announces that the commercial
sector for greater amberjack in Gulf Federal waters is closed
effective Saturday, August 8, 2026, and remains closed through
December 31, 2026. During the commercial closure, all sale or
purchase of Gulf greater amberjack is prohibited. For more
