Subject: WFO OUN providing partial Service Backup for WFO TSA

WFO OUN has assumed partial service backup for WFO TSA. WFO OUN
will issue convective warnings for the WFO TSA CWA in coordination
with WFO TSA meteorologists. This situation is due to continued
facility issues at WFO TSA, and is expected to persist through
Sunday.
