...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THURSDAY TO 5 PM MST
SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 1 to
  2 feet, with locally higher amounts in excess of 3 feet possible
  in the Upper Cottonwoods and Bear River Range.

* WHERE...The Wasatch Mountains, Western Uinta Mountains, Wasatch
  Plateau/Book Cliffs, and Central Mountains.

* WHEN...From 11 AM Thursday to 5 PM MST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult at times. Traction law
  restrictions may be enacted.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. For winter road conditions

  and 20 inches with locally higher amounts up to 2 feet possible in
  the Tushar Mountains, Pine Valley Mountains, and near Brian Head.

* WHERE...Southern Mountains.

* WHEN...From 11 AM Thursday to 11 PM MST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult at times.

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 8 and
  14 inches with locally higher amounts up to 18 inches possible in
  the Park City area.

* WHERE...Wasatch Back.

* WHEN...From Thursday morning through Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult at times. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning
  commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow levels could rise above valley floors in
  the Ogden Valley on Friday afternoon and evening, resulting in
  rain and thus lower snow amounts.
