* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 8 to 16
  inches with locally higher accumulations of 20 inches for the
  upper Cottonwoods.

* WHERE...Wasatch Mountains South of I-80.

* WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Winter driving conditions are likely, especially for the
  Cottonwood Canyons.
