...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of north central Emery,
central Carbon and southwestern Duchesne Counties through 345 PM MDT
...

At 317 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Wellington, or 7 miles east of Price, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Price, Wellington, Sunnyside, and East Carbon.

This includes the following highways...
 US Route 6 between mile markers 242 and 259.
 Utah Route 10 between mile markers 63 and 68.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
