...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of north central
Millard, central Juab and southern Tooele Counties through 515 PM MDT
...
At 434 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 10 miles southeast of Fish Springs Wildlife
Refuge to 32 miles west of Delta. Movement was east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
These storms will remain over mainly rural areas of north central
Millard, central Juab and southern Tooele Counties.
This includes US Route 6 between mile markers 66 and 70.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
