At 724 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Ephraim, or 8 miles north of Manti, moving northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Moroni, Ephraim, Mount Pleasant, Wales, and Spring City.
This includes US Route 89 between mile markers 260 and 277.
