Ridging will become more dominant through the weekend, but will still maintain some threat of isolated terrain based activity. In general, mixing height and transport winds during the more progressive portion of the week will favor afternoon clearing index values in the fair to excellent range. Will see these values trend downward somewhat as the ridge of high pressure builds in, though current forecast supports many locations still pushing into fair clearing index range if not higher.
