* WHERE...Eastern Box Elder County, Utah Valley, and Western Uinta
  Basin.

* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 10 AM MDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

Drain in-ground sprinkler systems and cover above ground pipes.

* WHAT...East to northeast winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60
  mph expected, highest from Layton south of Centerville. Isolated
  gusts to 70 mph are possible in the Centerville and Farmington
  areas.

* WHERE...Northern Wasatch Front.

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 10 AM MDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, holiday decorations,
  damage property and cause power outages. Dangerous crosswinds
  could make travel difficult, especially for high profile vehicles
  and vehicles with trailers on Legacy Parkway, I-15 and US-89.

  Valleys will see temperatures as low as 22 to 26F.

* WHERE...Eastern Juab/Millard Counties, Sanpete Valley, Sevier
  Valley, Western Millard and Juab Counties, and Southwest Utah.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM MDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas that do not freeze Friday morning will
  see even colder temperatures Saturday morning.
