Park Service employee observed Sulphur Creek
flashing behind the Capitol Reef NP Visitor
Center between 5PM and 520PM. Also, water
was flowing across the Scenic Drive near
Grand Wash Road at 335PM, and a dry wash
parallel to SR24 at Sulphur Bridge had a
flow entering the creek at 415PM.
