.DISCUSSION...A slow moving cold Pacific system will continue to slowly
churn eastward near the UT/AZ border through the weekend. As a
result, periods of snow will be a continued possibility at the
burn site, with diminishing precipitation chances by Sunday
evening as the system begins to exit. Some light snow
accumulations are expected. Additionally, winds will generally
have a favored easterly directional component, with occasionally
gusty conditions. The best time range for gusts appears to be from
Saturday afternoon into late Saturday evening.
