.DISCUSSION...Conditions will become increasingly hot and dry
through the weekend, with little to no overnight humidity recovery
and single digit minimum humidity likely. Winds will largely
remain terrain-driven through Saturday night, increasing out of
the southwest on Sunday which will result in near-critical fire
weather conditions. While a few isolated thunderstorms may
develop over higher terrain on Friday and Saturday afternoons,
this chance is very low and showers would be short-lived. There is
little to no flash flood threat through at least Tuesday as any
showers that develop will be high-based.
