.DISCUSSION...High pressure will bring a more typical monsoon
pattern to the area beginning Thursday, and continuing through the
upcoming weekend. Daytime highs will run a few degrees above average
Thursday and likely again Friday, before trending a little lower
heading into the weekend. Moisture will be increasing throughout
this time, with an increasing chance for showers and thunderstorms
each afternoon and evening. Initially these storms will be drier
Thursday afternoon and evening with strong outflow winds but not
much in the way of rainfall. The chance for measurable rainfall
will increase by Friday, and by Saturday a few storms will become
capable of producing locally heavy rainfall.

                    becoming partly cloudy (50-60 percent cloud
                    cover). A chance of showers and thunderstorms in
                    the afternoon.
